Give Your Users a Choice

The Options element allows users to select one or more options to personalize their experience. It can be used to collect data, customize onboarding, display relevant offers, and guide users through the onboarding process.

You can launch a survey by using several Options elements across different screens, and the responses can be utilized both within the onboarding process and externally.

Key Features of the Options Element

• ID: The ID uniquely identifies a specific Options element. It's recommended to set a recognizable ID.
• Label: The text shown for each option, which will be stored in a variable.
• Value: The text that will be sent as the user's reply to your analytics system and included in webhook payloads.

If the "Required" switch is set to "No", users can proceed without selecting an option.

Additional Tips

• Pressed State: You can check the pressed state style for options by setting the default value of one option to "Yes" in the builder. Remember to reset it to "No" after checking.

Multiple Answers

If the "Multiple answers" setting is enabled, users can select multiple options. You can also choose whether or not to display checkboxes for each option.

Note: Enabling "Multiple answers" disables navigation settings for the Options element.

Image Options

You can upload images to be displayed as options. For the best results, it's recommended to use the "Image tiles" layout.

To upload an image, select "Image" as the type, then choose a file to upload.
